The Two Door DS-K2602-G Network Access Controller has the latest structure TCP/IP and RS-485 communication interface with encrypted communication data to enhance system security. It also supports offline operations and is designed with a tamper-proof switch.
The Four Door DS-K2604-G Network Access Controller is equipped with current TCP/IP and RS-485 communication interface, encrypted communication data, and designed with a tamper-proof switch.
Both the 2- and 4-door controllers mentioned above work seamlessly with the following in-stock card readers:
Hikvision’s DS-K1102MK Card Readers with dip switch, which are dustproof and water-resistant. They support RS-485 and Wiegand (W26/W34) protocols.
Hikvision’s DS-K1104MK Vandal-Proof Card Readers with dip switch are rated IK10. They support RS-485 and Wiegand (W26/W34) protocols and are rugged with Mifare card compatibility and an LED reader status indicator.

Hikvision’s Solar-Powered Camera System is one of our most popular and innovative products. To simplify its installation, we have researched and provided guidance for users on acquiring and activating SIM cards, especially for remote areas and other applications. You can learn more about our 4G low power consumption technology and battery management technology in our newly released white papers.
Here’s a brief overview:
- T-Mobile SIM cards are recommended for the simplest implementation.
- Pre-paid Verizon SIM cards can also be used.

The Hikvision Technology and Product Management teams have drafted a technical bulletin with step-by-step guidance on how to obtain and activate SIM cards for optimal operation and installation of your 4G Solar-Powered Security System.
Additionally, we have released a new flyer that provides an overview of our 4G Solar-Powered ColorVu Security System. This system offers sustainable and flexible security with easy deployment, ensuring the safety of remote areas and temporary sites.
The current lightweight model DS-2XS2T47G0-LDH/4G/C18S40 includes a 4 MP ColorVu camera, a 180 WH battery, and a 40-watt solar panel. We will soon release an 8 MP model, DS-2XS6A87G1-L/C32S80, with an 80-watt solar panel and a 320 WH built-in battery, designed for larger applications.

Log4j2 Vulnerability – Security Notice
Hikvision is actively monitoring the recently disclosed security vulnerability in the open-source Apache “Log4j2” utility (CVE-2021-44228), which has been classified as “Critical” with a CVSS score of 10. This vulnerability allows for Remote Code Execution with system-level privileges or sensitive information leak.
